How to play

Reversi is a two-player game on an 8×8 board. The match begins with four discs in the centre — two black, two white.

Players alternate placing one disc at a time. Black moves first.
A move must outflank one or more opponent discs in a straight line — horizontal, vertical, or diagonal — between the new disc and another of your own.
Every outflanked disc flips to your colour.
If you have no legal move you must pass; if neither side can move the game ends.
The player with the most discs when the board fills (or all moves are exhausted) wins.

Computer difficulty: Easy plays a random legal move, Medium grabs the most flips, and Hard looks several moves ahead and prizes corners.
